How to Add Clients to the Standby List

How to add a client to the standby list

Follow these steps to record the client’s requirements and make matching them to a cancellation easier.

1Open the diaryOpen the Salon Manager diary.
2Open the standby listSelect the Standby List button in the menu.
3Add a standby entrySelect Add Standby List.
4Search for the clientFind the client using their name or another client detail.
5Add the clientSelect Add to Standby.
6Choose the serviceSelect the service the client wants.
7Choose the team memberSelect a specific team member or leave the option as Anyone.
8Set the date rangeEnter the client’s start and end availability dates.
9Set the available timesEnter the times when the client can attend.
10Choose available daysDeselect any days when the client is unavailable.
11Add notesEnter any useful details about preferences, urgency or service requirements.
12Confirm the entrySelect Confirm.
13Check the confirmationSalon Manager will confirm that the client has been added to the standby list.

Leave the team member as Anyone when the client is flexible.
