To search for and view a client record in Salon Manager, open the Clients menu, search by the client’s first name, surname, phone number or email address, then click View to the right of their name to open their record card.

Open Salon Manager. From the main menu, click Clients. Wait for the client module to load. Click into the search box. Enter the client’s first name, surname, phone number or email address. Click Search if needed. Find the client in the search results list. Click View to the right of the client’s name. The client’s record card will open.
Tips
Use the most accurate search detail you have, such as a phone number or email address. Check the client name carefully before clicking View. If several clients have similar names, use another detail to confirm the correct record. Keep client information private when viewing record cards.
Troubleshooting
The client does not appear in search
Check the spelling of the client’s name, or try searching by phone number or email address.
Too many clients appear in the results
Use a more specific search term, such as the client’s full name, phone number or email address.
The View button is not visible
Make sure the client has appeared in the search results list. The View button appears to the right of the client’s name.
The client record will not open
Check your user permissions and make sure you have access to view client records.
