How to Create and Configure Rooms
Create bookable rooms, treatment spaces or other resources so appointments can be managed against the correct location in Salon Manager.

Open Rooms and select Add New Room
Open the diary, select the settings cog, choose Rooms, select Add New Room, enter the room name and description, then select Confirm.

What is a room in Salon Manager?
A room is a bookable space or resource used for services, treatments, consultations or other appointments that require a specific location.
When should I create a room?
Create one when appointments need to be managed against a treatment room, consultation room or specialist service space.
Can I create more than one room?
Yes. Existing rooms are shown in the Rooms area and additional rooms can be added with Add New Room.
What details do I need when creating a room?
You need a clear room name and a short description explaining how the room will be used.
Who can create or configure rooms?
Room setup is normally managed by users with access to settings. Ask a manager or administrator to review your permissions when needed.
