How to Navigate the Diary in Salon Manager
Move between dates and weeks, return to today or quickly jump ahead when making future appointments.

Move between diary dates and weeks
Use the controls along the bottom of the Diary screen. You can jump to any date, return to today, move forward or backward by one week or jump ahead by 6, 8 or 12 weeks.

How to navigate the diary
Use the different navigation options to reach the date you need.
Open Salon Manager
Sign in and open the main Salon Manager application.
Open the Diary
Go to the Diary screen.
Find the navigation controls
Locate the controls along the bottom of the diary.
Open the calendar
Click Date at the bottom left to jump to a specific date.
Choose the date
Select the required date from the calendar.
View the selected date
The diary will automatically move to the date you selected.
Return to today
Click Go to Today to return to the current date.
Move back one week
Click Last Week.
Move forward one week
Click Next Week.
Jump ahead several weeks
Use the buttons on the right to move ahead 6, 8 or 12 weeks.
Useful tips
Reach the date you need quickly
Use the calendar to jump directly to a specific appointment date.
Click Go to Today whenever you need to return to the current day.
Use the quick-jump buttons when rebooking clients several weeks ahead.
Use Last Week and Next Week to browse without selecting individual dates.
