Step-by-step instructions
Open Salon Manager. Go to the client screen. Click the settings cog on the left-hand side. When the settings menu opens, go to Client Settings. Find the option called Enable multiple client skin tests near the bottom of the settings page. Toggle the setting on. Click Save Settings at the bottom of the screen. Salon Manager will now allow multiple skin test dates to be recorded in the system.
Tips
Make sure you are in the client settings area before looking for the option. Remember to click Save Settings after turning the option on. Use this setting when your salon needs to record more than one skin test date for a client.
Troubleshooting
The settings cog is not visible
Check that you are on the client screen and that your user account has access to settings.
The multiple skin tests option is not visible
Scroll to the bottom of the Client Settings page and look for Enable multiple client skin tests.
The setting did not save
Make sure you clicked Save Settings after toggling the option on. If the problem continues, check your permissions or ask your Salon Manager administrator.
