Assigning colours to arrived appointments

Use this guide to change the colour used for arrived clients in the Salon Manager diary. This helps your team quickly identify clients who have already arrived.

Quick answer

To assign a colour to arrived clients, open Display Settings, turn on Arrived Booking Colour, choose a colour and click Save.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Salon Manager diary.
  2. Click the settings cog on the left-hand side.
  3. In the settings menu, go to Display Settings at the bottom left.
  4. Find the option for Arrived Booking Colour.
  5. Turn the arrived booking colour option on.
  6. Use the colour box to select the colour you want.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Arrived clients in the diary will update to the selected colour.

Tips

Troubleshooting

The colour has not changed

Check that the Arrived Booking Colour option is switched on and that you clicked Save.

The colour is hard to see

Choose a stronger or more contrasting colour.

Clients are not showing as arrived

Make sure the appointment has been marked as arrived first.
