To sell a voucher in Salon Manager, open the Till screen, select the client’s bill, click Sell Voucher, enter the voucher details, choose the expiry date and amount, then click Sell Voucher to add it to the bill.

Step-by-step instructions
Open Salon Manager.
Go to the Till screen.
Select the client’s bill from the In Salon Clients list.
On the right-hand side of the screen, click Sell Voucher.
The Sell Voucher window will open.
Enter the voucher number.
Select the voucher expiry date. If your salon has a default expiry period, this will already be applied.
Enter the voucher value.
Review the voucher details to make sure they are correct.
Click Sell Voucher.
The voucher will be added to the client’s bill.
Tips
Check the voucher number carefully before saving. Review the expiry date before selling the voucher, especially if it differs from the default setting. Make sure the voucher value is correct before clicking Sell Voucher. Review the bill afterwards to confirm the voucher has been added successfully.
Troubleshooting
The Sell Voucher button is not visible
Make sure you have selected a client’s bill from the In Salon Clients list.
I cannot change the expiry date
Your salon may be using a default voucher expiry setting. Check your system settings if a different expiry date is required.
The voucher was not added to the bill
Make sure you entered all required voucher details and clicked Sell Voucher.
I entered the wrong voucher amount
Remove the voucher from the bill if possible and create it again using the correct amount.
