Step-by-step instructions
Open the Salon Manager diary.
Click the settings cog on the left-hand side.
The opening hours section will load by default.
Click Opening Hours on a Date.
Select the date you want to change.
Choose whether the business is open or closed on that date.
Set the opening time if the business is opening earlier or later.
Set the closing time if the business is closing earlier or later.
If required, update the online opening hours to match the changes.
Click Confirm at the bottom right.
Tips
Use this for one-off changes rather than normal weekly opening hours.
Check whether online booking hours need to match the adjusted opening times.
Review the diary after saving so you know appointments can only be booked at the correct times.
Troubleshooting
The date is still showing normal hours
Check that you selected Opening Hours on a Date and saved the change for the correct date.
Online booking does not match the new hours
Check the online open hours option before confirming.
The wrong date was changed
Open the date-specific opening hours again and correct the date or times.
