Use this guide to print a team member’s appointments from the Salon Manager diary. This is useful when a printed copy of day bookings is needed.

To print a team member’s appointments, hover over the team member name, click the three dots and select Print Bookings For.
Before you start
- Access to the appointment diary
- The team member whose appointments you want to print
- A connected receipt printer
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the Salon Manager diary.
- Go to the team member column you want to print.
- Hover over the team member name at the top of the column.
- Click the three dots at the bottom right of the team member name area.
- When the menu opens, click Print Bookings For at the top right.
- The team member’s day bookings will print to the receipt printer.
Tips
- Check the correct team member column before printing.
- Make sure the receipt printer is connected, switched on and has paper.
- Use weekly view if you need to check appointments across a wider date range before printing.
Troubleshooting
The three dots do not appear
Hover over the team member name at the top of the column.
The appointments do not print
Check the receipt printer connection, power and paper.
