To disable online bookings for a client in Salon Manager, open the client’s record card, click Edit Client at the bottom left, scroll to Settings & switches, turn on Disable Online Booking, then click Update Client.

Confirmation that the client should no longer be able to book online
Make sure you have opened the correct client before changing this setting.
Use this option when a client should only be booked manually by the salon.
Always click Update Client, otherwise the setting may not be saved.
Check the client’s record again if you need to confirm online booking has been disabled.
The Edit Client button is not visible
Make sure you have opened the client’s record card. The Edit Client button appears at the bottom left.
The Disable Online Booking option is not visible
Scroll down to the bottom of the client settings page and look for the Settings & switches section.
The setting did not save
Make sure you clicked Update Client after turning on Disable Online Booking.
The client can still book online
Open the client record again, click Edit Client, check that Disable Online Booking is switched on, then click Update Client to confirm the setting.
Can I stop one client from booking online?
Yes. Open the client’s record card, click Edit Client, turn on Disable Online Booking, then click Update Client.
Where is the Disable Online Booking setting?
It is in the Settings & switches section on the client settings page.
Does this affect all clients?
No. This setting applies to the individual client record you are editing.
Can I allow the client to book online again later?
Yes. Open the client record again, click Edit Client, turn off Disable Online Booking, then click Update Client.
Do I need to save the change?
Yes. Click Update Client to save the online booking setting.
