Step-by-step instructions
Open Salon Manager. Go to the client area. Search for the client you want to delete. Open the client’s record card. Click Edit Client at the bottom left of the record card. Troubleshooting
The client does not appear in search
Check the spelling of the client’s name, or search using another detail such as their phone number or email address.
The Edit Client button is not visible
Make sure you have opened the client’s record card and that your user account has permission to edit client records.
The Delete Client button is not visible
Check that you are on the Edit Client screen. The Delete Client button appears at the bottom left.
The client was deleted by mistake
Speak to your Salon Manager administrator as soon as possible. Deleting a client removes their details from the system.
