How to Delete a Client Record

Permanently remove a client and their details from Salon Manager after checking that the correct record has been selected.

How to delete a client record

Follow these steps carefully because deleting a client removes their details from the system.

1Open Salon ManagerSign in and open the Salon Manager application.
2Go to the client areaOpen the section used to search and manage client records.
3Find the clientSearch for the client record that needs to be deleted.
4Open the client recordOpen the correct client’s record card.
5Select Edit ClientChoose Edit Client at the bottom left of the record card.
6Go to the bottom leftOn the edit client screen, move to the bottom-left area.
7Select Delete ClientChoose Delete Client.
8Confirm the deletionThe client record and its details will be removed from the system.

The client does not appear in search

Check the spelling of the client’s name or search using their phone number or email address.

The Edit Client button is not visible

Check that you are on the Edit Client screen. Delete Client appears at the bottom left.

The client was deleted by mistake

Contact your Salon Manager administrator as soon as possible. Deleting a client removes their details from the system.
